Interlingua is a natural and regular live language. This is what people say. But, is this true? Grzegorz Kondrak, professor of Computing Science at the University of Alberta, Edmonton, Canada, analyzes Interlingua to compare it, and its source languages with the planned language Neolatino, to examine if it is possible to define naturality and regularity, and then to find “optimality of Interlingua”.
