Today I'm practicing "tutorial voice" in what's bound to be the least popular video I've made. MAME emulation has come a long way on the Mac after being stuck in a holding pattern of using version 0.149 from 2013. This means lots of new games are supported. Here are the two main vectors to get MAME up and running on a Mac today. Also, OpenEMU will play most older consoles (NES, SNES/Super Famicon, Genesis/MegaDrive, Playstation etc)

Since this a tutorial / how-to I tried to play this video a bit more straight than my usual vids going for the boring narration so people can easily follow along. Subtitles manually corrected so they can be more easily read/translated.

Beer consumed:
Wander - Vanilla Emissary (2020)
I loved this beer the first time I had it, and it's pretty much a vanilla bomb that brings out that boozy burn that barrel-aged stouts can have, despite only being 10.1% ABV. The vanilla flavor leads in big and mellows to the nice whiskey barrel base with a bit of brown sugar. It's probably my favorite vanilla bourbon barrel-aged stout. I've had it, not too sweet—no off-steak sauce flavors.
