Kefir and Apple Pancakes (Flourless Oatmeal Recipe)
Pancakes can be made without flour. I suggest a recipe for kefir pancakes with oatmeal.
Ingredients:
Kefir 3.2% ... 250 ml
Sugar ... 15 g
Oatmeal ... 100 g
Large egg ... 1
Apples ... 130 g
Cinnamon ... 0.5 tsp
Salt ... a pinch
Baking powder ... 1.5 tsp
Odorless vegetable oil for frying
