A postcard from the Caspian Sea
At the end of October 2022 I travelled to Baku, the capital of Azerbaijan on the western shore of the Caspian Sea to participate in the XV Verona Eurasian Integrations Forum. Both the event and the place were remarkable in many ways - so much so that I decided to put together an impromptu video postcard from the place.
