Steps for Bulk OCR
1. Create a Folder where the searchable pdf files will be saved.
2. Open Power PDF Advance.
3. Click on the "Advance Processing" Tab.
4. Click on the "Batch Converter" button.
5. When the Batch Converter Processing Box opens, click on "Source" and select the folder where the pdf files to be processed are located then click "Select Folder".
6. Click "Destination" and select the folder where the searchable pdf files will be saved, then click "Select Folder".
7. Select "Searchable PDF" for the File Type.
8. Click "Select All"
9. Click "Convert"
10. Wait til the (2) two blue lines are at the top and the processing is done and now you have 100s of searchable pdf files.
