Şeniz and Seher are sending their children on their honeymoon. Agah, upon learning of this, is furious. Instead of the couple mending their relationship and enjoying some time apart, they quarrel. Cemre is jealous of Nedim, and Ceren of Cenk. But despite all this, Şeniz is only left with a positive outcome. And she has no intention of stopping there.
Due to an accident, Agah Karaçay orders his assistant from his hometown to find a woman to care for his wheelchair-bound nephew and marry him. The assistant turns to Neriman, Seher's mother-in-law, in the hopes of finding a suitable match. This presents Neriman with an opportunity she might not be able to resist. She begins making plans, hiding her granddaughter, Ceren, from Seher. Meanwhile, Ceren, believing she will marry Agah Bey's handsome son, Cenk, decides to support her grandmother's plans. Using various tactics to expedite their arrival in Istanbul, they ultimately succeed in achieving their goals. Amid sibling rivalry and a fire in their home, Seher has no choice but to participate in the unfolding events. When they arrive at Agah Bey's mansion, things begin to get complicated. Seher begins to suspect that the situation may be too good to be true. Eventually, she learns the truth from her mother-in-law.
In Cruel Istanbul, which will depict the struggle for existence from Antakya to Istanbul, Seher, who lives in Antakya with her three children, crosses paths with Agah Karaçay, a giant in the logistics industry who also hails from her hometown, putting everyone to a new test.
