Revit one file to copy another file | copy one file object past other file in revit hindi #revit
In this video, we will talk about how you can transfer a plan from one file to another in Revit, or how you can move any object from one place to another or from one plan to another. As you can see, I have two plans here: one is Level 1, which has all the drafting done, and the other has no drafting, it's simple. So what I am going to do is take this entire drafting from this plan and transfer it to the other plan. This process is quite simple and basic.
What you need to do is first select the entire plan or the drafting that you want to move to another file. Once you have selected it, you need to press `Ctrl + C` on your keyboard. This action will copy the entire plan or drafting. After copying it, go to your other plan. In the other plan, you simply need to press `Ctrl + V`. By pressing `Ctrl + V`, whatever you copied from the first plan will be pasted into the second plan. You can easily place it wherever you want in the new plan.
As you can see, the entire plan has been copied from one plan to the other. So, in this way, you can move any plan, object, or line from one place to another or from one file to another.
That's all for today's video.
