Escape From Tarkov's WORST Change

With the addition of the new hitboxes, Escape From Tarkov has added a mechanic that can ruin any players game on one bullet. We are all used to the classic head, eyes, but now we have a worse one. Head, Throat. This is a hitbox that you can NOT protect and will die to the worst bullet in the game to whilst wearing the best armor. what are you thoughts on this?
