MIM 2016 SP1 Adaptive RCDCs

I take a look at one of the newest features added to MIM SP1 2016 in the August 2017 hotfix, Adaptive RCDCs.
I also explore how the new user interface in MIM SP1 makes development easier, and users are able to work more efficiently in the Portal.
