(1) Master Key: You can complete all 4 storylines during the final ICA exam (Prologue). Or after 5 different Silent Assassin missions. Or Miami Level 2.
(2) Krugermeier 2-2 - can be obtained at Level 20 of Bangkok. It's not necessary to take it (I personally find it convenient).
