Lux Chips: How is it Made? | Latifundist
Every year, the amount of snack consumption in Ukraine is growing. Thus, according to the State Statistics Service, in 2019, more than 15.6 thousand tons of chips were produced in the country, which is 82.8% more than the year before. Latifundist decided to find out how and from what chips are made and went to the LUX chips factory of the Mondelez Ukraine company. The main ingredient here is natural potatoes. About 15-16 tons of chips can be produced here per shift. To get 1 kg of the finished product, you will need 3.5 kg of raw materials.
