Vanilla Ice Cream Recipe
Preparation Time - 10 min
Chill Time - 4-5 hrs
Serves - 6
Ingredients for Vanilla Ice Cream
NESTLÉ MILKMAID - 1⁄2 tin (200g)
NESTLÉ Milk - 1/2 cups (225 ml)
Cream - 1/2 cups (225 ml)
Vanilla essence - 1 tsp
How to Make Vanilla Ice Cream
1. Whip cream with an electric beater in a deep bowl till light and fluffy. Mix together NESTLÉ MILKMAID, milk and vanilla essence.
Fold in the whipped cream.
2. Pour into a mould and cover with aluminium foil and freeze.
3. Whip when half set and freeze again.
