The autumn draft has started
On October 1, the draft board began its work in Stary Oskol. It is planned that 1,087 young men from Stary Oskol will pass it this fall, and about 350 Stary Oskol residents will go to military service by the end of the year. The number of recruits is decreasing with each draft campaign. Quantity is turning into quality.
