In previous video ( • How to: create standard documents in bitrix24 ) we showed how to create a standard document using Templates in Bitrix24. After that video we received several inquiries from our clients asking for ability to edit the document after its creation.
So, we made a development which allows to change the document right inside Bitrix24, move it between managers and create tasks with automatically attached PDF file inside.
Such development provides document’s seamless movement between various departments and stages, including approval stage.
Also, in this video we will show another development created to form a list of above mentioned tasks from all Deals created in Bitrix24.
