In this video I fully explain what the different Ray Tracing settings actually do in The Medium (since the graphics menu gives no explanation). I then demonstrate all of them, including a framerate counter to see the impact on performance. I then test all of the DLSS settings, including pointing out some of the graphical artifacts that arise from DLSS especially on the Ultra Performance setting. Overall I would recommend RT set to ON but not Ultra, and DLSS set to anything above ultra performance, but preferably balanced or higher. This game can tolerate lower framerates due to the nature of the fixed camera.

This video was recorded on the following system:
GPU: RTX 2070 (non-super, small factory OC)
CPU: i5-9600k at stock
RAM: 16GB at 3000mhz
Game installed on an NVME SSD drive

Note that this video was not intended as a benchmark. I was recording live using OBS, which does lower the framerate slightly, so expect slightly better framerates than what you saw in this video if you are running a similar system.
