Treats Not Tricks Recipe Series: Part 4 👻 White Chocolate Spider Webs 🕸🕷
// INGREDIENTS //
@quinnsnacks pretzel sticks (32, to be precise)
1 c @pascha.chocolate white chocolate chips
1-2 @yumearth lollipops (optional)
// METHOD //
1. On a lined baking sheet, arrange 8 pretzels to make a spiderweb. Repeat for 4 webs total.
2. Add white chocolate chips to a bowl, then microwave in 20 second intervals, stirring in between.* When melted, add to a squeeze bottle (or ziplock bag with edge snipped off).
3. Squeeze some melted chocolate at the center of the pretzel wheel, then make 3 circles around the center. Optionally, use a mini skewer to pull from the center towards the outer ring, creating a more web-like design.
4. Repeat step 3 for remaining webs. For additional security, add small dots of chocolate where the pretzel connects with the white chocolate ‘webbing’.
5. If using, crush lollipop within its wrapper, until it’s a crumbly powder and sprinkle over.
6. Refrigerate until the chocolate is set, then gently remove from the lining using a spatula.** Enjoy!
Notes:
*If not use vegan chocolate chips, add 1/2 tsp of coconut oil before melting.
**If any part breaks while moving, fix by melting some more chocolate and dabbing it where the breakage occurred.
