Shortly after finishing Mugen from Demon Slayer, I completed Adele’s Hello. I worked on them during a three-day break. I would do Mugen, get frustrated because it was too difficult, then start Hello, but Adele turned out to be just as challenging, so I went back to Mugen.
Now, talking about Hello, since it’s my latest piano roll in FL Keys I followed an existing piano version as reference. I struggled a lot because most of the notes are long notes (I’m not sure what they’re officially called, but that’s what I call them). Unlike short notes, long notes make mistakes obvious immediately, and I made quite a few. The velocities were tricky too. I think this might have been the hardest song I’ve done so far .
I still managed to finish it, and I’m so happy to listen to it again ❤️
