Raiden Shogun Artifacts ATK vs ER sands Damage and Support Capabilites Comparison | Genshin Impact
Don't use ATK sands for your Raiden Shogun, if you dont have any ER sands, try to keep the 4 pc emblem sets even if it means you should use ATK sands. But find the replacement ASAP. the difference between ATK vs ER sands isn't that much.
if somehow your ER is too much (More than 330%) then it's safe to replace your ER sands with ATK Sands. This video shows average build with not so good artifacts and also not so bad
Don't judge the difference by the time they finish the boss, but if you wondering why ER sands is finishing the boss faster than ATK sands, that's because other party member's ult is already recharged while the ATK one isn't. ATK% sands is still doing more damage, but have underwhelming support capabilities
