In this video, I share my method for laying out a wargaming table with a focus on simple shapes as a background for all the other terrain and scatter pieces you have. I’ll show you how to make some boxes and ramps that are decorated to fit the theme of the universe you are playing in (warhammer 40k, dnd fantasy, sci-fi or post apocalyptic).
With a focus on simple terrain building of some great looking backgrounds, your miniatures and other more detailed terrain will get a real chance to shine.
Once you start stacking and moving these around you will get a thousand more ideas on a cool looking and tactical layout. They are modular as well as re-usable!
