This video covers two things that usually help fix stuttering in games like Fortnite; clearing DirectX cache and GPU shader cache (AMD in this case).

Stuttering is different to lag from networking issues. This is specifically about clearing caches that can cause problems when your CPU and GPU are processing game data.

For NVIDIA users, there'll be a similar process. Search "clear NVIDIA shader cache" on YouTube and you should find something helpful.

The steps shown in the video are as follows.

Clearing DirectX shader cache:

1. Open Disk Cleanup (search in Start menu)
2. Select your C: drive → OK
3. Tick DirectX Shader Cache → OK → Delete Files

Clearing AMD shader cache (via Adrenalin):

1. Open AMD Adrenalin
2. Go to Gaming tab
3. Select the Graphics sub-tab
4. Scroll down to the bottom to Shader Cache
5. Click Perform Reset

** and restart your PC after clearing the caches **

Bonus option if you want to nuke it manually as well:

1. Press Win + R → type %localappdata% → Enter
2. Delete the AMD and/or D3DSCache folders (or clear their contents)

Hope it works for you!
