Intent-Based Network Automation Lab — Phase 1: Design and Pipeline Overview
This video is more of a visual to the blog post rather than a production master piece! I am by no means a vlogger or YouTuber but promise ill work on it.
Phase 1 of a long-form project: building a CCNP 350-401 study lab that doubles as an intent-based network automation platform, with the eventual goal of letting a local LLM reason about the network and propose fixes when reality drifts from the source of truth.
This video covers the high-level network design — running loopbacks and single-area OSPF — and then walks through the planned pipeline for an automated VLAN update: Nautobot → GitHub Actions → NAPALM, with pre- and post-checks gating the change.
