SBI C-71 Review
The Spectre Ballistics C-71 is an aftermarket 10/22 receiver. It differs from a stock Ruger 10/22 receiver in that:
The picatinny rail on top is part of the receiver (machined from a block of aluminum).
-The magwell is relieved for TUF22 magazines or 10/22 mags
Enlarged ejection port
They come in different colors
