Moffit & Mixman - About The People (Dutchie Remix)
Moffit & Mixman “About the People" ep : [TechHouse,House, minima] Glen Williams aka Moffit and Stephen Tague aka Mixman have loved House music and been involved in the scene for many years now. This duo creates a versatile style that has propelled their sound into many dancefloors and sets. They have love for a wide variety of music including House / Tech-House / Breakbeat / Drum N Bass and everything in between this is the duos 2nd release on Household and definitely wont be their last. “About the people” is the duo’s blend of deep tech rhythms with a more dark acid house vibe. Twisting a dark skewed synth and swingin bass with heavy percussion, the type of low end acid hook that makes this a late night blender. “About the people Dutchies Rightnutted remix” incorporates a tech house percussion, deep and dubby techno stabs, guttural bass, and elements of minimal sounds twisted for a effective vibe. “About the people Midi Mann’s dark re-do” a more minimal tech version stripped down to a deep dark techno vibe. It's in the short moments of energetic outburst, and in the lead synth keys later introduced, the rhythm is rearranged to provide a more punchy deep groove.“Know it All” another original from the duo bringin a strong kick and powerful bass line shadowed by a filtered lead that disappears into the twisted strings and pads. This techy groove is a banging tune with extra bounce in the drums and a flurry of filtering effects, adding a complimentary head trip.
