How to create vertical presentation slides in Mobile - Google Slides
Google Slides Official Android application does not allow you to change or resize your slides but you can do it from the web version.

Visit slides.google.com from your computer or open this in mobile browser and select Request Desktop Site.
Go to File - page setup and change size. 1080 by 1920 is a good option.
