As we embark on the 2024-2025 financial year, we at QUADE Engineering are excited to share a glimpse into our strategic planning process: Vision 2024.
January 1st, 2024: The journey began with a productive leadership team discussion. Our CEO, Santhosh A emphasized the importance of establishing clear goals for each department, including:

*Sales
*Operations
*R&D
*Accounts
*HR
*Management
Goal Refinement: Following this initial session, department heads delved deeper into their respective areas of expertise.
Within a week, each leader presented proposed goals for their function.
To ensure comprehensive and well-defined goals, the team reconvened every 10 days for focused discussions, refining each department's objectives to create a cohesive plan for the entire company.
