Small Suburban House Speed Build Sims 4
Hey everyone!
I am back with another Sims 4 build.
In today's video I am building yellow small suburban house in Copperdale world on 20x15 lot.
This house is very colorful, it has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and small kitchen and living area.
I built this house specifically for my teen sim (that's why I added sneak out window) who recently moved out and lives alone, though I am gonna add NPC teen sim in household to occupy another bedroom since I don't own university pack so I don't have roommate option available.
You can easily expand downstairs area and make house bigger and change one of the rooms for kids/toddler/infants.
