How to Create a Snapshot File in Ranorex Studio
A snapshot enables you to save UI structure information and graphics in an XML file (*.rxsnp). Whenever you need application-specific assistance from the Ranorex team, please make sure to create and send a snapshot with your request to [email protected]. Based on the information stored in the snapshot, the support team will be able to analyze your application under test offline and assist you in the best way possible.
