GREASE PROOF PAPER TEST
This time lapse video shows just how effective greaseproof paper is.
On the LHS is ordinary brown kraft paper, on the RHS is a budget grade grease proof and the star of the show in the middle is the Skan grade 32gsm greaseproof paper.
It is so great because in the manufacture of the paper, the special greaseproof additive is added in the pulping stage, not coated on as with other brands.
This means the greaseproof paper is treated through the thickness of the paper, not just the outside.
The results speak for themselves. This is why all our large customers go with a premium grade greaseproof. Sure it is around 50% more, but the customer does not end up with soggy papper added to their meal!
