Been dealing a with an AWFUL store called "Pro Audio Star"... Nothing pro about them. They had an item up online for 2 years, and I wanted it. But, I told them to refund me if they ONLY use FedEx to ship. The FedEx where I live is a nightmare and I refuse to deal with them and their awful drivers. He confirmed they ONLY use FedEx. So, I requested my refund and they ignored me and shipped it anyways. And Reverb just PRETENDS to help me and won't do the right thing. So, I'm going to expose them! This short video isn't only the beginning. I have ALL interactions and messages screenshot and screen recorded. I'm going to MAKE them do the right thing.
