How I Sync My Gear (Elektron Model:Samples, Korg Monologue, Arturia Drumbrute Impact)
In this short video I show how I usually sync up my Model:Samples, Monologue, and Drumbrute Impact.
The way I normally sync them uses a combination of MIDI and analog clock. The Model:Samples is sending MIDI clock to the Impact, which then sends analog clock to the Monologue. I had to put the Model:Samples' output polarity to INV, or inverse. The Monologue should automatically detect that it is recieving analog clock when something is plugged into the sync in port.
