How to reset Network Settings to fix connection issues on your Galaxy phone | Samsung US
When connection issues are tying up your phone, resetting the network settings can be a quick fix. Go to Settings, tap General management, and then tap Reset. Tap Reset network settings, enter your PIN, Password, or Pattern if device security is enabled, and then tap Reset once more. Your Wi-Fi Settings, Bluetooth connections, and more now have a clean start!
