Premiere Pro: Re Timing, Re Editing Captions
For anyone needing to re-edit a video and then edit the caption track to match the edits you made to the video in PPro version 14. UPDATE: In the upcoming 2021 15.0 version of PPro, the caption workflow has been completely changed and is FAR better than before. Happy editing.
