Columbia's Marcus Burghardt and Quick Step's Carlos Barredo had the field covered as they raced toward the finish in St. Etienne today.
One man was going to win, but neither wanted to make a move too soon.
They played cat-and-mouse for most of the final kilometer...then Burghardt was the cat, and Barredo the mouse.
Watch them crank it up as they get inside the 150 meter mark...and listen to the Belgian TV announcers crank it up, too.
