I started the installation on Mac OSX but had to move to Windows because the TerraMaster Mac software wasn't functioning. During the initialization process, at Step 4, pick Static IP instead of Dynamic IP. Setting it to Use dynamic IP, the NAS didn''t retrieve the proper information from the router.
