Use "xinput get-button-map 4" in a terminal to see your mouse button settings as their normal order 1 2 3 . Use "xinput set-button-map 4 2 1 3" to rearrange buttons into the wrong order of 2 1 3. Right click within your panel and add the wheelchair icon. Click the icon and open Mouse Keys and put a check mark in "pointer can be controlled using the keypad". When you do, the wheelchair icon turns into a 3 button mouse. Your mouse clicks 1,2,3 light up the corresponding buttons. You can Paste any highlighted selection using mouseclick 2. You do not first have to Ctrl-C followed by Ctrl-V. A prior video shows how to assign the mouse keys to the 5 of the 10-key, then to any other key of the keyboard.
