Laura Elliott, Purchasing Manager, Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry, talks about her first rotation as a participant in the Operations LDP. "I started off in production as a supervisor, so I managed seven direct reports from day one. [It] was a little intimidating, it's definitely a challenge, but you definitely have support from your assignment managers...they want you to be successful, and they're there for you."
