Today we will complete two challenges.
Both challenges will test your strength, flexibility, balance and coordination. The aim is to get up from the lie-down position without using your hands.
Prepare and clear space of 3X3 meters.
Do not attempt any of the challenges if you have any underlying medical conditions.
The Scoring method.
The scoring is the same for both challenges.
You need to get up 8 times in 40 seconds to
score 100 points.
Each repetition is 12.5 points.
Count only full repetitions.
You lose points for mistakes:
touching floor with one hand 2.5 points
off balance one leg - 2.5 points,
Not touching the floor with your head - 2.5 points.
Now you can challenge yourself, your colleagues, your family and friends.
Please, do not attempt any of these challenges if you have any underlying medical conditions or you are in doubt.
