Pro Tools First License Activation
Before anything else, you need to register at my.avid.com/protoolsfirstactivation to acquire a license for Pro Tools First. Once you've registered, you can now download and install the software from your Avid Account at my.avid.com/products#Myproducts
Now, to activate your Pro Tools First license,
1.Open your iLok License Manager
2. Sign in using your registered iLok ID (the one registered on Step 2 of the PT First registration.
3. Right click and click Activate License, OR click and drag the Pro Tools First license to your Computer (The computer icon) on the left side of your iLM.
Note: You will not be able to use your Pro Tools First if you activate it on an iLok USB Dongle, Pro Tools First only works on Computer activations.
