I Met the Queen of BBQ
Today I met another BBQ legend, Tootsie from Snow's BBQ.
Known as the Queen of BBQ, she has been a working Pitmaster before I was even born.
Ms Tootsie will be turning 90 next month and in this video she shares her story and even gives out here secret mop sauce recipe that she uses on her famous Pork Steaks!
Also in this video is 13 year old Junior Champion Pitmaster Lil' Gringa!
Lil' Gringa is getting a running head start into all things BBQ starting at just 5 years old!
I had a blast hanging out with these two at the Ace Hardware Spring Show with Smokey Woods and look forward to cooking with them again!
