Python Rebuilds in Fedora: How do we do it, what changed with 3.11
We want to describe the technical details of how we rebuild ~4k Python packages in Fedora. How was it done with the 3.10 rebuild, what changed when we did Python 3.11. This includes details about:
mass rebuilding everything in Copr automatically and reporting bugzillas
resolving dependency order semi-automatically
building packages in side tag and regular rawhide later
dealing with Fedora policies and unresponsive maintainers
activating contingency mechanisms when needed
