Step 1: Simply Open your Gmail email account.
Login to your Gmail account with your Gmail Email and Password. If unfortunately, you don't have a Gmail account, Signup and create a new Gmail account.
Check how to create a new Gmail Account
Step 2: Click the gear icon in the top right & select the third option Setting
Click the gear in the right & select setting.
Step 3: Click the Account & Import Tab
At first Click Account & Import tab after that click on Add an Email Option as shown in the video.
Step 4: Type your Business email account
Please type your website email account, which you want to add on Gmail and click next step.
Step 5 - Select the second option (Import emails from my other account POP3) and click on Next.
Step 6: Add a mail account you own
Type your full webmail email address in the username & type your webmail password in the password section. Then click Add Account.
You will redirect in the below page just click the next step.
Step 6: Type your Business Name or your Name
Type your company name or name and click on the next step.
NOTE - Your mail will send from this name which you have updated above.
Step 7: SMTP Setup
Type of mail. your website name, Example ( mail.bdhow.com ) (This will be generated automatically)
Type full business email address in the username section and then type the webmail password in the password section.
NOTE - If your website has SSL then select Port 465
If your website doesn't have SSL the select Port 587
Click on the Add Account.
Step 8: Confirm verification code which you will receive in your webmail account as shown in the video and add your email address
Please login to your webmail account. Gmail has been sent a verification code to your webmail account. Copy the verification code from your webmail & Enter the verification code to confirm.
