So perhaps I really cannot call this recipe a corn dog what so ever because there is no actual corn in it! Lets just call these coconut dogs then, so when you make it and bite into it, you don't actually expect to get the full corn dog taste!

Here's what you need to make these coconut dogs...

3 Grass-Fed Beef Hot Dogs
3 Tbs Powdered Monk Fruit Extract
2 Tbs Sweet Potato (or Pumpkin) Flour
Pinch of Salt
2 Eggs
1/4 Tsp Baking Powder
1/2 Cup Coconut Flour
1/4 Cup Unsweetened Coconut Milk
1/4 Tsp Sugar-Free Honey
