Quick steps:
1. Press combination HOME+ R1 button until led number 1 and 4 blinking fast.
2. connect gamepad using usb to otg. if connected successfully, led indicator stop blinking on number 2.
In my case, i use other USB , because when i using built in USB on this Gamepad not detected on my laptop.

To use for android just press HOME+X, and try to scan using bluetooth on your device. if you feel laggy when this combination settings use on controlloing video game. You can try HOME+A.
i feel comfort when using gamepad setting with HOME+A and not feel laggy or delay to controlling video game.
