How to skip the tutorial:
1-Right click on Dota 2 in your Steam library.
2-Click on properties
3-Under the "General" tab, click on "Set Launch Options"
4-In the box, type in "-console"
5-When the game opens and the console window shows up, type "dota_full_ui 1" in.
6-When the tutorial map shows up, there will be a little arrow in the bottom right, click it.
7-DONE!!
