AMD Fluid Motion Frames (AFMF Frame Generation) in Starfield - RX 7600

I finally managed to get AMD's frame generation working in Starfield, after struggling for a full day. AFMF, or AMD Fluid Motion Frames, is similar to FSR 3 frame generation in the sense that it generates artificial frames, but AFMF works at a driver level, so you can technically enable it for any game.

Currently the tech preview driver only supports a few games, and the driver still has a lot of issues, but I must admit, in Starfield, AMD's Frame Generation actually works pretty well.

AFMF shouldnt be confused with FSR 3 frame generation though, as it works at a driver level, and the game does not need to officially support it. It is up to AMD to build support into their drivers for AMD Fluid Motion Frames to work.
