In this Action Point, Parker tackles several questions on Golden Sun. First of all, what is Golden Sun, and where did Golden Sun go? As well as what is important and significant about it in a gameplay design. This is one of Nintendo's only actual turn based RPGs in a Fantasy setting, and needs a revival! So in this video we also ask what it would look like for Golden Sun to return on the Nintendo Switch in 2020 or beyond. Would this be too risky a move for Nintendo to make, or would they be willing to return to this classic IP and join the ranks of other great First Party RPGs on the Nintendo Switch with Xenoblade Chronicles 2, Fire Emblem Three Houses, and more.
