7 Tips for Easier Greenhouse Plastic Install
CHECKLIST:
✅ A Step Ladder 🪜 tall enough to comfortably reach over the peak of your hoop house.
✅An Extendable Painters Pole with the threads capped off with a PVC cap to help push greenhouse film over the ribs.
✅Tape up ventilation shutters so the film won't snag.
✅Verify the "inside" label can be read from the INSIDE of the hoop house when you place the film over the structure.
✅Use two 🥎 Softball-sized Wiffle Balls to create a surface area to wrap your guide straps around to give you a secure anchor point that won't tear the film.
✅ Drad film INTO the wind 🌬️, not against, so the film floats over the ribs of the hoop house with fewer snags.
