A 54-year-old Pennsylvania man will spend 12 years in federal prison for something called pay-per-view child pornography.Jeffrey Herschell paid money to a pimp in the Philippines to have young girls raped and perform vulgar sex acts.Herschell watched it all live from his computer at home.
