A. Mykhailychenko: "Despite the NSC Olimpiyskiy pitch not being in the best condition, the boys played very good and solid football. As in many other matches, today Dynamo completely outclassed their opponents in every aspect. It's encouraging that Dynamo showed character and managed to convert their advantage into goals. We knew the Greeks would focus primarily on midfield and defense, so Dynamo shouldn't have given up the midfield to Panathinaikos. A draw would have been enough for them—contact attacks were their main hope. It's worth noting that the Greeks were able to maintain the pace we set in the first half, but things got much tougher for them in the second half. Ultimately, we overcame them and earned a well-deserved victory."

V. Daniil: "The match was a very tight one. We knew Dynamo would play only to win, so we adopted a strictly defensive tactic in the first half, counting on counterattacks. I have no complaints about my team's performance in the first half. However, the situation on the field changed dramatically in the second half thanks to Belkevich coming on as a substitute. It's a shame, but we missed out on victory due to two serious mistakes. Frankly, we expected a completely different game from Dynamo, and it wasn't until 10 minutes before the end that we realized how we needed to play against your team."
