Heretic - Gameplay [HD]
Heretic is a fantasy first person shooter made by Raven Software and published by Id software\GT Interactive. It was released in 1994.

It can be used for Doom, Heretic and Hexen.
Heretic is using the Doom engine and generally plays like it. The biggest difference is that it is set in a fantasy world with magic spells and wands instead of guns. You also have a small quick inventory where some items like quartz flasks (healing potion) or torches can be used. And ofcourse the Tome of Power which will upgrade your weapon's projectiles for a short amount of time. Except from that it is just basic run&gun but you can make yourself a picture from the video ;)
However, I don't want people to think that Heretic is a bad game. Actually Heretic was a pretty popular game and it definately is fun for people who played Doom before as it has it's own strengths too.
